Since starting the business both directors were clear that the success of the business depended on a robust recruitment process, which attracted the right calibre of individual to ensure a strong team is built which would underpin the business success.
Over the years the original systems have been developed and expanded and an outstanding team currently includes one team leader and seven permanent team members, two students and we are also supported by a bank of casual operatives
The result is low team turnover, loyalty and individuals who will create a superb customer experience.
